Raw truth tempered with humor and salt. (Redmond?) No I am not a man. But I am a woman that started this quest with over 200lbs to lose and much of this..so much, was like listening to my life. I listened to episode 1 and then listened right on through #3. Thank you for sharing. Can't wait to hear more.
