Mike Sternfels knows the shame of stepping on a doctor's scale that goes up to 550lbs and seeing it read error. He graduated high school at 400 pounds but saw his weight grow after dealing with some challenging health issues including a corneal transplant. Barely able to get up the stairs of his apartment he knew he needed to make a change and the journey that follows is truly amazing!

I really enjoyed Mike's story. His amazing transformation literally started with one step. That one step went from difficulty walking down the street to being able to run marathons. There was also interesting info about skin removal surgery. Mike was an inspiration and has a great story.
