Like a lot of guys out there, Terry Tacchino grew up an athletic kid but was always the big guy. Like & career changes slowed him down and his weight went up. Dalton Musselwhite was literally knocking on death's door at well over 500 pounds. He found the physical tool he needed in the VSG surgery but soon realized that the physical change was also going to require a lot of work on the mental side. He's now down over 300 pounds and living a different life. I am excited for you to hear the story of his ongoing adventure!

Chris Murphy went into the hospital three years ago to get an infection looked at and wound up discovering he was diabetic and going septic. He was facing death if he didn't change, and this self proclaimed king of excuses finally realized he had no more he could make. It was time to change. Today he is just days away from skin removal surgery and has discovered a passion for his health and bodybuilding. I cannot wait for you to hear his full story!
