Justin Dobbins knows rock bottom, and wanting an escape. By January of 2019 he was almost 700lbs and realized that he had let his life get out of control. He decided then to reclaim it and his health! Since then through focusing on nutrition and eventually using DDP Yoga, he has lost over 368 pounds. You will be amazed when you hear his story!
