Brandon Scott was a dude just existing. He was deeply addicted to food and sought comfort on the couch. My man Hadi Doumit was in trouble at well over 400lbs and showing dangerous signs of diabetes and other problems. When your own health and fitness are priorities it can be a true challenge to see a loved one struggle. My friend Frank Rich was a successful bodybuilder and lived a fitness centered life, and found himself in this predicament with his own father. His dad was over 300 pounds and seeing his quality of life decline. When he saw Frank's success with a carnivore based lifestyle he asked for help. Steve Arnone found himself directionless in life and topping 300lbs. He didn't accept that fate though and decided he not only needed to change his body but his purpose. He lost weight, discovered the desire to get on the bodybuilding stage along with a passion for helping others make their own wildest dreams come true.
