To say that Scott Odle's lifestyle has changed is an understatement! Scott wasn't particularly big until after puberty, but at that point he grew... and grew. At his heaviest he was 475 pounds and need to find sustainable change after several failed attempts at weight loss. For Scott that involved discovering the Carnivore diet and eventually a ketogenic lifestyle. I am excited for you to hear this inspiring discussion of his journey!

On his journey from 450 pounds to currently 280 pounds, Cole Woods had to battle more than his relationship with food. Cole struggled as well with drug addiction issues and finding freedom from these burdens in his life has been his greatest accomplishment.
